We operate on a true print-on-demand model — nothing is printed, framed, packed, or shipped until a customer requests it. There is no warehouse full of pre-made products, no inventory sitting on shelves, and no stock to return items back to. Because of this, all print sales are final.
When you place an order, your chosen artwork is produced exclusively for you: the exact size, the exact material, the exact framing option, and the exact crop you selected. Once it has been printed, it cannot be resold to anyone else, and it cannot be put “back in stock.” Your order is custom-made, and therefore it is essential that customers are confident in the product they select.
We make every effort to ensure that all product details — including sizes, materials, finishes, framing options, and cropping — are clearly described on each product page. If you ever have questions before ordering, we are always happy to help. However, because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for reasons such as:
